How to install your microcontroller board when using simulink desktop real time?

I am currently working on a project which requires real time programming. I have seen Simulink Desktop real time library which contains blocks as analog input and digital output which i need. But these blocks require the microcontroller board to be installed but unfortunately my board i.e. STM32F407G is not there in the list of boards provided. I want to install this board, so plz help?
