How to write data in the file correctly.

I need guidance from seniors. I have hexagon layout as shown in figure.

I am writing the position of hexagons and the plus marks on them in a file and it is not written exactly as I want like the values I want in different columns with the first column the cell number (1,2,...), the second column its X position, Third column its Y position and if It has a plus sign mean it has a base station, then base station position and number and if it don't have plus sign then empty. As in the image plus sign shows the base station of a cellular network. So need your guidance in solving this issue.
