I do not know if it is impossible, but I really recommend a supported toolchain. If you have a recent OS, but an outdated and unsupported MATLAB release, this only calls for trouble. What is the reason you need this combination? Do you have software maintenance? Does a project partner, professor, IT department etc. told you to use this?

Ideally, you upgrade to R2015a or R2105b for the Win 10 environment.
I have understood you initial question as you try something, but run into trouble. But rereading it again, I wonder if you need a fundamental start. So the first question is whether you have MATLAB code or a Simulink model and you have the products MATLAB Coder, respective Simulink Coder / Embedded Coder available. Last lot least - what will you do with the C code?

Only R2015b is recommended for Windows 10 (so far), with all previous versions having difficulty with Windows 10.
