I am working with hourly wind speed data for a year (8760 hours) , i want to calculate the probability using Weibull distribution?

my question are is there any way to calculate the K and C parameter direct from matlab , and how can used the probability equation direct to calculate

i KNOW THIS FORMULA BUT STILL CONFUSE CAN YOU PUT EXAMPLE USING WEIBULL FORMULA PLEASE
