plot a quadratic equation

I am to plot a quadratic equation and see how it looks . This is my code :
x=[-1:0.05:3];
f=(3*(x.^2))-(2*x);
plot(f)
xlim([-3 90]);
when i check online graphs fro this equation mine doesnt exactly match ?

I don’t know what doesn’t ‘exactly match’, but perhaps changing your plot call to:
plot(x,f)
will help.

x=(1:0.5:10);
f=(x.^2+5*x+6);
plot(x,f);
