predict the future values based on past data in neural networks

If i have day1 data day2 data ,day3 data,,,upto day9 iwant to predict the day10 data how can i create datasheet for the above data and how can i write code for this in neural networks,which alorithm should be used, i think it should be done in nts plz clarify my doubts i want to known about these terms regression,gradient.validation,test and best
