how to locate any text in an image

Hello, i want to find the word 'of' where ever occurring in the image and also want to mark it in rectangle. Can any one help for doing this, any guidance? Please help. Thanks in advance

HOG+SVM can also locate it. One can use SVMLight package.

Create a template of the "of" word, then use normxcorr2() to find the location of the template in the search image. Demo attached.
