3D surface/delaunay map from LIDAR value

I am currently having a problem in creating a 3D surface for a Lidar value. Can someone help me?

from Lidar, I managed to do 3dscatter points which look like this

To my mind you have a 3D map (of sorts), so what do you really want to do? Triangulate points (TIN), fill in the mesh relative to height, and model, like a topographic 3D rendering? What is your end purpose of this? Do you need to extract coordinates etc. after?
