how to rotate a resistor in Simulink ?

Is there any way to rotate a resistor in Simulink by lets say 45 degrees ?

For example Wheatstone's bridge ?

You can rotate elements with "ctrl+R" or "ctrl+shift+R" (CW vs CCW), but 45° rotations are not possible afaik.

As far as I know, and like Ced already pointed out, you can only rotate in 90° portions.

And I'm not sure about the pertinence of wanting to rotate a resistance for 45°, as, in terms of functionality, it wouldn not add anything at all to your model.
