what standards are needed for trainning data set of ANFIS

Dear seniors, I will use ANFIS classifier in my research.How can I do the training data set to be standard to use in ANFIS. It is said that the final column of this classifier should be the output . I have the data set like that : 31x 18 struct array . In this struct array Double arrays are stored ,not single values. It is possible to give such a kind of input variables to ANFIS.My research is Lung Nodule Classification by ANFIS. THank all ,my senior. Please help me who is in a tight corner!!!!!
