Matlab wont connect to Arduino with Adafruit Motor Shield

Having issues connecting to my arduino board when I specify for it to include a certain library. It works fine when connecting just on its own using a = arduino() shown below.

However when I try the following, as shown on the mathworks website, Adafruit Motor Shield I get this error and nothing seems to work.

Yes iam using original Arduino board.. I have tried with multiple Arduino boards but I get the same error

S sir I have connected it to different Arduino and also checked it. Also I resoldered it several times,but I don't get any response. I'll contact u through ur mail I'd.
