had my coder and compiler transfer to another key

Had my coder and compiler transferred to a different license key by your techs. Activated and pulled the tweaked license that now has the coder and compiler on it. Once installed on the new users machine he does not have access to the coder or compiler. What do I have to do to fix this?

Maybe "keys" describes you changed something with the licensesing. But maybe the products are not installed in the first place. Try the "ver" command - it should show all installed products.

Correct. I loaded the coder and compiler software then activated the license and the products work just fine.
