How to properly define the function in order to get the mesh data p,e,t and solution u as output from the PDE toolbox using script?

I have modified the function as [p,e,t,u]=pdemodel and called it as [p,e,t]=pdemodel, however i get the error the error "undefined function or variable'pdemodel'. If i just put function as [p,e,t,u]=pdemodel then the output is just one variable written first when defining the function in this case 'p'. I want to modify the code in a way that it gives p,e,t and u as the output. The code is as follows:
function [p,e,t,u]=pdemodel
[p,e,t,u]=pdemodel
[pde_fig,ax]=pdeinit;
pdetool('appl_cb',9);
set(ax,'DataAspectRatio',[1 1.5 1]);
set(ax,'PlotBoxAspectRatio',[1 0.66666666666666663 1]);
set(ax,'XLim',[0 2]);
set(ax,'YLim',[0 2]);
set(ax,'XTickMode','auto');
set(ax,'YTickMode','auto');
