Error Using Publish

R2011a Student version, glnx86
File > Publish gives the following error:

Sorry for the trouble, Eric. This is a known issue in R2011a. The workaround is here:

Is this now fixed? I am seeing the same in 2014b.

Under "status" the bug report says "Fixed in R2011b(7.13)".
