A number of resources are listed here: http://www.mathworks.com/support/?s_tid=gn_supp and you can pick one that you like according to your budget and how you like to learn. There is a classroom, instructor led course on it given by the Mathworks. I suggest you start with that. If you can't afford that, then look over Steve Eddin's blog and buy his book. Also look over my File Exchange, and the demos
