How can I compute the pixel difference at each gradient direction of an edge image I satisfying threshold??

I need Mat-lab code to compute pixel difference for edge image at each angle

imgradient() or imgradientxy().

imgradient() is for finding magnitude and gradient direction how it will be done only for edge pixels and take pixel difference along direction.such as -90,-45,0,45 please suggest coding part

You can threshold the gradient image to find "edges" of a certain strength. That will make a mask, which you can then apply to the gradient image to zero out the values for non-edge pixels and leave the gradient values for edge pixels only.

If you have the x and y gradients, you can take a weighted sum of those, using sind() and cosd() to get the value of the gradient along any angle.
