Menubar and toolbar missing in simulink and simscrape model editor and library

Hi i have this problem after i installed matlab R2016. I am not able to figure out the issue why menubar and toolbar are disappeared from the model environment. for the first time i restarted matlab and they appeared back but from next day they are missing again and no use inspite of restarting the program. i also tried to restart my system but still no use. but suddenly after sometime they appeared back. so if someone faced the same problem can you please tell me how to fix this bug or there is any options to unhide or reappear these bars everytime they totally disappear.i have attached a picture to make it more clear how the model window looks when they are missing. I tried to contact mathworks but havent received any response yet

I have the same problem. I have just opened simulink and started as the picture you have attached. Ill try to restart the computer but I have no idea how to show the menus again.

I have the same problem with R2016b, the first time I opened simulink it worked just fine. The second time the menu bar disappeared as in the .jpg above. I have not been able to restore it following several procedures recommended in the Mathworks webpage.

Guys, i stopped matlab and restarted again and it worked, it turns out that its a licence ISSUE

@ayman it is not permanent solution.. it works for sometime and then it will get back to same issue and it cant be resolved by restarting the app or system.. kindly someone suggest a permanent solution for this

Same problem here since upgraded to R2016b. (ubuntu) please post solution
