I didn't get email link after entering the email id in the forgot password section during login. How can I recover my account?

My college mail is aasociated with MATLAB license. But I have forgotten the password. On clicking the forgot password link during losin and entering the ID, I did not get any mail regarding this. How can I recover my account?
