Hello!
I have the oil flow rate data in the centrifugal pump (for the transformer's cooling system).
But I haven't found any useful pumps in which I can use this data, only pressure and mass flow sources.
Is there any pump blocks, that could be handy?

In newer versions of Simscape Fluids, there are more pump modules available.
In general, the pump can be modeled by using look up tables of rpm, pressure ratio/difference, and flowrate. One can set up pressure sensors at the two ends of the ideal flow source, send the pressure signal to a LUT that will give you the flowrate, which can be then sent to the source block.

I usually do this:
where delta_P drives the flow rate. But I think your way, flow rate drives delta_P, would work as well. Any observation you could share?
Couple notes:
  1. adding another dimension of pump RPM allows you to turn off and adjust the pump output.
  2. If your MATLAB version allows, use isothermal liquid instead of hydraulics. https://www.mathworks.com/help/physmod/simscape/ug/upgrading-hydraulic-models-to-use-isothermal-liquid-blocks.html
