How to convert image into binary in axes at GUI MATLAB ?

B = ???convert binary???
imshow (B,'Parent',handles.axes2);

muhammad - see im2bw which will cover an RGB image into a binary one (subject to some threshold). Note that this function is part of the Image Processing Toolbox.
