Improve image quality in live script or in publish

Hi there, When importing image files to a live script or when including them in a published document (using the editor in earlier versions of Matlab), the quality of the graphics looks horrible. I can hardly recognize any details. A workaround in the editor was to use html code to include the image in the published file and use a high resolution image scaled down to fit the page;
<html>
<IMG SRC="../image namne.png" WIDTH=500>
</html>
Is that possible ein live scripts? Or, can I modify the import settings of images during publish or for live scripts?

I have observed that the quality of imported images in live script has increased a lot in newer versions of MATLAB.
Also, starting from R2023b, MATLAB provides an option to change figure resolution in a published document. Kindly follow the below mentioned steps:
- In toolstrip, navigate to Live Editor --> File --> Export --> Export to PDF
- Click "Show more" to expand the export options
- Update Figure resolution as per requirement.
- Alternatively, this setting can be changed via the export function input argument FigureResolution as mentioned in this documentation: https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/export.html
I hope this answers your query!
