checking the list database

Hi there,
I have problem in my code I have two lists, and i want to check the string in the sentence each time for e.g x= u are good boy and u are ... i have list which contain the standard form of (u-you) but the problem is the code can change the fist u but not the second

Can you post your current code and show a small example of input(s) and desired output? Are you simply trying to do a substitution?
