Requirement Traceability Check Consistency Issue

Hello,
I have Matlab Simulink 2014b installed on my Computer. In Addition I have the Simulink verification and Validation Toolbox which I have already used to link Software requirements from DOORS to model. I can jump from model to DOORS module and vice versa. In short the linking works. What does not work is the "consistency check". When I select the consistency check Option from the menu I get a "attempt to reference field of non-structure Array" error. What could be the reason of this error? Thanks in advance!
Update: Apparently simulink verification and Validation Toolbox is not installed properly which can be seen in the below ver command Output.
