how can i built fuzzy file with 2 inputs, without using fuzzy toolbox

I need fuzzy logic code in matlab as a programming file without using fuzzy logic toolbox, so, fuzzy logic file based on 2 or any number of parameters as input to fuzzy inference system..... please if anyone can sent to me any example to programming fuzzy logic in matlab .my email:- [e-mail]
