I have visual C code, which need to be converted to matlab code what are the solutions is Dll the solution

You can create some Mex interface code, or you can use loadlibrary() . If the existing code runs by itself and supports ActiveX then you can use activexserver()

I have a application which supports ISO 15118 that runs c code and on other side there is a application with matlab code I need to integrate it.
