How to do convolution between transfer function of Delta band with any signal and then do fft?

transfer function of delta band:
numerator= b =[ 0.1551e-003 0.3103e-003 0.1551e-003];
denominator= a =[1.0000 -1.9645 0.9651];
fs=1000 Hz
