I'm having problems with 4D plots. I have three matrices, Th, R and Z, one for each 3D dimension in cylindrical coordinates. The forth dimension is a matrix S which will represent the color of the coordinates. All the matrices have size nXmXp.
The solution i have found is to use the function slice or scatter3, but i cant creat the plot in cylindrical coordinates when i use one of the previous function.
What i got was:

but, i want something like that: ( http://cloud.originlab.com/www/resources/graph_gallery/images_galleries_new/PlotStackedContourPlots.png )

If i use pcolar, i can plot only one circular section ...
Someone can help me?
Thank you
