I get this error mesagge: Evaluation of validate function on class hdldefaults.EnablePort failed with the error message: MATLAB: nonLogicalConditional:Operands to the and && operators must be convertible to logical scalar values
when I delete the Enable Port from the subsystem the problem dissapears

What is the data type of the Simulink signal feeding into the Enable port? It must be a scalar and either a boolean or a ufix1.
Also, what MATLAB release are you using?
