MATLAB bluetooth communication with Lego EV3

Hi everyone,

I am currently working with Simulink and the Lego brick EV3, I don´t handle the device very much and that's why I used the Matlab guide for the connection and communication with the device.

Via USB, I could already download a model to the brick and verify it, however, I couldn't do the online communication that allows me to read some variable in a Scope.

I have already done the configuration of parameters that the help of the toolbox provides and some others that I found online, however, when running the simulink model the message I get is this

And the message that I see in the command window when I try to connect to the brick here is

Error using legoev3 (line 185)  
Failed to connect to EV3 through Bluetooth. Please check your Bluetooth connection.

I don´t know how I can connect to get data online from a model, I would appreciate if someone could help me
