How to implement sliding window over a EEG signal?

Hi, I need to use a sliding window of 5 sec. over an EEG channel so as to perform CWT over it. I need to move the window linearly without iteration till the end of the signal. Can anyone help me with the code ASAP? Thanks in advance. Arijit
