The code appears to work for me in my tests. Note that where I wrote YourImage1 and so on, those need to be the variables holding the content of your images, not the filenames of your images.

results will be a numeric array. You can just go to the command line and type

results

to show the contents.

It will be a 4 x 4 array. The entry at indices (J,K) will be the summed-squared difference between image #J and image #K . For example the entry results(3,2) will be the summed-squared between the third image and the second image.

I am not sure what your line

Imgs={img1,img2'img3'img4};

would do. Looks like a syntax error to me. Also, you changed variable names in a way that would cause the rest to fail. You should be using

imgs = {Img1, Img2, Img3, Img4};
