how to have genetic algorithm with block box constraints ?

Hello I use the genetic algorithm to minimize a function and I wante to impose constraints of types blockbox. i want to have a vector x which minimizes a function f and satisfies the constraint that g is less than 2 knowing that the function g is a learning function from weka (a j48tree) thanks cheers
