How to add matlab function to a MATLAB TOOLBOX ?

Dear all,
Could you please tell me how can i add a c/c++ code source of a Matlab function to a Matlab toolbox written with c/c++ language.
I have the code source of the toolbox, and i built new function that can be added to this toolbox like all his primarly functions !! how can i do that!!
