Installation of Communications System Toolbox Support Package for RTL-SDR Radio

I has a MATLAB 2015b in MAC 64bit system. When I Instal the Communications System Toolbox Support Package for RTL-SDR Radio, there always shows the error with 'Error installing third party software libusb: java.io.IOException: Stream is not in the BZip2 format’. So I cannot complete the installation and use the SDR.
