how can I use the Divide model to generate coder as z = x/y

? It should do it automatically if you have one of those blocks.
You are asking how to have a MATLAB call somehow take advantage of the code generation available from a Divide block even when you are not using a Simulink model?
Are x and y scalars are are they matrices? Are you wanting to do element-by-element division, or linear algebra with the MATLAB / (mrdivide) operator?
