Output area and perimeter of geometry from Comsol in Matlab workspace

I am using COMSOL Multiphysics 5.2a with MATLAB. Please find the attached MATLAB code generated from COMSOL.

I already have the codes to generate the perimeter and the area of the geometry:

model.geom('geom1').measureFinal.selection.geom('geom1');
model.geom('geom1').measure.selection.init(2);
model.geom('geom1').measure.selection.set('b1', [1]);

Please help me with the additional lines of code to output the area and the perimeter of the geometry in MATLAB workspace. Thank you.
