When printing mfile, how to change format (font, header)?

When debugging long mfiles, sometimes it is useful to print out a paper copy. However the font in the printout is pretty big and a header is appended to each page. How can I access and change these properties?

In the Editor menu, you can change the headers properties and the font in Page setup:
