How to detect and crop lip region from face image using matlab code ..... !!!!

i want to propose lip motion tracking project for english digits ...!! soo i make diffculty for croping and detection lip area. so i need idea or matlab code for extracting lip from face image, anyone ... pls help me if u have matlab skill ..
