How can I access the file seismic_data.dat mentioned in the "signal analysis made easy"?

During the webinar "signal analysis made easy" presented last october 3rd, the instructor used a seismic data named "seismic_data.dat" to illustrate the evaluation of earthquake distance calculation. I would like to use it for my signal processing lectures.

You can download such ground motion records online. For instance here is a link to the Turkish strong ground motion database. TSGMD
