How to srocc with psrn (CSIQ database)

Hi guys, I must calculate PSNR with SROCC on a database of images (I'm using CSIQ) but i dont know how to do. First problem is, shuold I add manually add all photos to workspace or There is a code for? Second problem, how to combine PSNR with SROCC? Really thanks. I start use MATLAB Just some week ago.
