Fourier Series with MATLAB

Hello. I am having a really hard time understanding what needs to be done with this MATLAB assignment. We have to create an output text file based on two fourier transform series. It seems relatively straight forward but I lack the coding experience to really make this happen. It would mean the world if someone could help with this.
