How to get SID, and using SID's how to access description and tag fields?

Hi,

This is regarding SID of state flow objects like inputs, outputs, parameters and local variables(we can see description and of the same in model explorer of the particular state flow). How can we get SID's for the same. And how can we access description fields of the same using SID.
