Fish Gender Classification Using Video Analytics

Hi,
I'm new to MathWorks(New to MatLab too) and this is my first question here, so please bear with me if I'm a bit lacking in descriptiveness. So I'm a college student whose tasked with a matlab project of gender classification of fishes using video analytics, which means that I'll be given a video of fishes in an aquarium(all of the same species) and I've gotta write a matlab code that can process the individual video frames and recognise the moving objects(aka the fishes),then after that's done, it has to distinguish between the male and female fishes based on the following structural differences.
- Males are often slimmer, but larger than females, and are more vibrantly colored
- The dorsal and anal fins of the male are more pointed, larger, and more flowing than the female. In many species, the male will display egg shaped markings on the anal fin known as egg spots.
Here is the video I currently need to work on
I've already found the code for the initial stage of the project(moving object detection). All that remains is the gender classification of the detected fishes. I would be eternally grateful if any of the experts on here are able to share a working code that serves the above purpose.
Thanks

Hi, I'm new and a complete newbie in this deep learning process. So, I would like to ask help from experts for this project. Now I'm making a final year project with this title where I cant do further on this.
