Is it mandatory to learn Matlab for learnig Simulink ?

Hello I'm new to MATLAB and I like to know do i have to learn Matlab from Basics for using Simulink?

No, it is not mandatory. To simply use Simulink, few requirement are needed.

I guess it depends on what you want to do, I would say that basic notion of mathematics and logics are needed.
