Problem with DIO bidirectional in Simulink Desktop Real-Time

I have problem how to set up digital output in Simulink Desktop Real-Time for NI PCI 6229 DAQ card. This card has 48 DIO bidirectional in TTL mode. Simulink in SlDRT mode sees all DIO lines as inputs but I would like use them as outputs. I don't know how set up DI on DO for single line.
