Having problem with courier new font

I'm having problem with courier new font in Matlab Editor.

The two images above are both written in Matlab Editor, but in different computers.

They are both written in courier new 12pt, but you can notice that they are somewhat different in width,

especially number '2' in first image is too thin, which is very irritating because I use '2' many times in my code.

Does anybody have idea what causes this problem?
