Unable to load Large S2P file (Size is 2MB) using read(rfdata.data ,'File Name'). while same file can be read using sparameters function

I want cascade two s-parameter file. I have read s-parameter file using DUT_1=read(rfdata.data,'Filename.s2p'); But i m not able to read file having file size more than 600KB.

if same file can be read using sparameters('Filename.s2p);

is there any limitations with read function.

By using 'read' command for data store extraction, the default option for ReadSize property is 20000. Try changing the ReadSize property to 'file'. Please do refer to the documentation link above.
