Sorry, we cannot tell. There are apparently over 600 people in the world with the same given name and surname as you have, so we cannot tell from your name which one you are and so we cannot tell which license you have, or even who your contact would be to get your license number.

Anyhow, if this does not work for you then you should contact Mathworks for free license and installation support; be sure to have your proof of purchase available.

@Walter: The two lower case "L" might be confusing between the other uppercase letters and ones.

The code got truncated by the system. It was supposed to be

Seriously? You did not even mention what you want to activate. A license number is a personal property and it belongs to your account. Nobody but MathWorks and you can know it, but you ask the public forum for details.

Of course Walter is kidding and he has posted the password of his online banking account for his credit card with the number 4348 0139 2272 9189 (CVV2 998, valid through Dec 2018).
