Just plug your custom code where you analyze each image according to whatever you want to do to it, to the function AnalyzeSingleImage().

Tell me what feature you want to extract. If it's simple, like thresholding to get area fraction, I can do it for you. If it's complicated, like get the models of all vehicles in the photo, then I won't.

I can calculate all the features. I just want to read images one by one from my image folder and calculate those features, write back to in a single .mat file or excel file to use excel file futher. I guess its a hardly 10 lines code

Of course. I know that already. But what is the feature? The mean gray level? The area fraction of some bright blobs in the image? The number of blobs in the image? I have no idea. Only you know what you want to measure. It would be like if I told you that I have a picture of a human standing there and I want you to measure the human's feature. Would you know what I meant? How would you know that I meant width, and not hair color, sex, height, or any one of dozens of other possibilities? Why don't you tell me the exact feature(s) that you want to measure?
