Avoid repeating value in simulink

I need to use logic block relational operator in simulink to compare between the signal value and constant array if the one value of the array == the signal do something if not don't do any thing

the purpose is to avoid repeating same value --> Is x== ( one of the array )--> yes--> choose different value no --> leave it

It looks like that you may be looking for the switch block (https://www.mathworks.com/help/simulink/slref/switch.html).

You can probably use the output of the relational operator block as the second input to the switch block.
